Hayden will put your squad through an efficient and effective 50-minutes strength & conditioning circuit designed to improve player natural movement and performance on the pitch by replicating the demands of the game. Each player will also take home a booklet comprising of essential core exercises for footballers and nutritional advice educating players on what and when to eat to improve performance and daily energy levels.
